Group Boxing

With one of Australia’s top boxing coaches, we offer group boxing classes throughout the week. All levels welcome and catered for. Each class has a limit of 8 people and runs for 60 minutes.

HIIT Group Classes

What better way to start your weekend than with a 45 minute high intensity group FUN class. Running every Saturday morning at 7am and 8am. Great way to meet the rest of the BFIRM family!

I honestly believe I am fitter now in my 60’s than I was in my 30’s thanks to BFIRM. Never did I believe I could endure HIIT training and lift heavier weights at my age…but here I am…twice a week, every week!

When you get enjoyment out of your work like I do, balance is key. BFIRM is that key to my balance! Pushing the boundaries physically helps you to be your best mentally. BFIRM push me to be my best not only at the studio but at work too.

Post two hip replacements, Jarrod worked with me closely to ensure my physical and mental recovery was moving in the right direction. I can now continue with my life without my body holding me back.
